Holiday Hot Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter -- melted
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt
30 1/2 ounces canned sliced peaches -- drained
30 1/2 ounces canned sliced pears -- undrained
46 ounces canned chunky applesauce
1/2 cup dried apricots -- chopped
1/4 cup dried cranberries
Directions:
In a 3-quart slow cooker, combine the sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or until heated through.
Serves: 10
